You are the one constant in your life. 

You have been there through every age, every event, every moment of life.  You have not ever once been alone.  Look and see if there is  anyone else in your life that knows you like you do.  You have known that  someone is watching, and you have called it many names, Santa Claus, Jesus,  Buddha, God, Love, Universe, however, it has always been You.  You are the  silent/Still watcher of Life.  Look and See.
