You often hear the words "Love yourSelf First."
Well maybe the step prior to that is to begin to be Kind to yourself.
You are doing the best you can.
If you are stressed and feel like crying, do it
and give yourself a pat on the head while you do.
You have been with you all your life,
but maybe you don't know how Loved you are.
Take time to care for yourself, you do nice things for others...
Take the time to do something nice for yourself.
Have you ever taken yourself out on a date?
Maybe go to your favorite restaurant with your favorite book.
Order your favorite meal while you leisurely read.
Then take yourself to a movie.
It could be anything...but do it with yourself.
In being Kind to yourself,
you naturally become more Kind to others...
the ones that are hard to be Kind to.
