Are there things in your life that you are holding on to a bit too tightly?
Take a look. It doesn't have to be tangible things, it can be beliefs about yourself or others or the way life is or isn't ... that can strangle the life out of Life. Take an evaluation and see what you are holding onto tightly, what you have in a "death" grip. See if you can't just relax that tension just a bit, by not being so sure of yourself. Allow the possibility that you might be wrong about what you believe. Then see what comes as your hands begin to open.
