Especially the things you do not want to see about yourself. When you are pointing the finger at another, acknowledge silently to yourself that you could not see it, if it isn't in you. It is not about becoming better it is simply about Seeing. Once you see it is in you; then there is compassion for the other.
Then, if one is wise, they ask "Who is Seeing?" and does not accept the answer "I" am.
