You don’t ever have to know what you will do. All you have to do is watch. If just only for today, spend your time watching what you do instead of watching what you “think” you will do. As you do this, you will begin to be very close to the present moment. Thoughts are about the past or the future, but the present moment is what you get to watch.
You can check this out right this minute by just stopping what you are doing. Look around at where you are. This is the experience of the present moment. You just see it, leave the “thinking” about it alone. You will have thoughts go by, however, continue to Stop and place the attention on where you are and what you are *actually* doing; not what you “think” you should be doing or what you “might” do. Just come back to the simplicity of the moment you are in.
