Begin to use "feelings" as a trigger to discover what is before feelings. You do this by beginning to not accept them as real … see them only as "energy" … don't label the energy … just allow it to be energy without a label. Then you will begin to see that "feelings" come and go just like "thoughts" and when there is not labeling or attention placed on them as if they are "real" … they fade.
