"Distraction"

“The world is a giant distraction like an amusement park ride there is nothing wrong with amusement park rides they are there to be enjoyed one gets on the ride knowing that it will end some enjoy the ride some fear the ride some want off the ride the ride however goes until it doesn't. What you are in has no beginning nor end and the ride the world life is in IT. You don't have to wait for the ride to end (life) to discover what the ride (life) is In.

 Just simply "Stop."

The ride will keep going but just stop … every once in while. Drop everything your attention is on and simply:

  STOP

 

Place the attention on what doesn't move it is not out there you are In IT. The more you place the attention on what doesn't move the more enjoyable the ride (life) becomes because you know it will end but YOU don't.”
